''Ladera'' (Greek λαδερά), ''zeytinyağlı (yemekler)'' (Turkish), or ''bil zayt'' (Arabic بالزيت) is a category of vegetable dishes cooked in olive oil in the cuisines of the former Ottoman Empire, notably Greek, Turkish, and Arabic cuisines. La Cienega Boulevard is a major north–south arterial road that runs between El Segundo Boulevard in Hawthorne, California on the south and the Sunset Strip/Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood to the north.
