Lachele Carl
Lachele Carl is an American actress based in England. She is best known for playing the recurring character of news anchor Trinity Wells in ''Doctor Who'', appearing in the episodes " Aliens of London"/"World War Three", "The Christmas Invasion", "The Sound of Drums", "The Poison Sky", "Turn Left", "The Stolen Earth" and " The End of Time". Wells also appeared in the ''Doctor Who'' spin-offs ''The Sarah Jane Adventures'' (in the stories ''Revenge of the Slitheen'' and '' Secrets of the Stars'') and ''Torchwood'', during its five-part serial ''Children of Earth'', making her the first character to appear in all three programmes. To this date, Carl is one of just four actors to have appeared in all three shows, the others being Anthony Daebeck (who plays a French newsreader), Julian Bleach and Paul Marc Davis. Alejandro Viñao
Alejandro Viñao (born 4 September 1951) is an Argentinian composer currently living in the United Kingdom. Life and career Viñao studied musical composition in Buenos Aires with the composer Jacobo Ficher. In 1976 he was awarded a British Council scholarship to study in London at the Royal College of Music and later on at the City University where he was awarded a PhD in composition. He has been a British citizen since 1994, holding double nationality. During the 1980s he worked at IRCAM in Paris where he developed a particular interest in sound interpolation (sound morphing) a technique that has featured in many of his compositions such as Chant D'Ailleurs which won the Prix Ars Electronica in 1992. Viñao has written orchestral and chamber music for the concert hall, opera and music-theatre, film scores, music for multimedia events and rock and popular music. ''Midnight'' is a 1982 American exploitation horror film directed by John Russo and starring Melanie Verlin, Lawrence Tierney, and John Amplas. Its plot follows a female hitchhiker en route to San Francisco who finds herself at the mercy of a backwoods Satanic cult in Pennsylvania who sacrifice young women in an attempt to resurrect their dead mother. Point Park University is a private university in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Formerly known as Point Park College, the school name was revised in 2004 to reflect the number of graduate programs being offered. Crouch End is an area of North London, approximately from the City of London in the western half of the borough of Haringey. It is within the Hornsey postal district (N8). It has been described by the BBC as one of "a new breed of urban villages" in London.
