Causapscal () is a city in the Canadian province of Quebec, located in La Matapédia Regional County Municipality. It is located at the confluence of the Matapédia and Causapscal Rivers, along Quebec Route 132, approximately halfway between Mont-Joli and Campbellton, New Brunswick. Routhierville, Quebec
Routhierville is an unorganized territory in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region of Quebec, Canada. The territory is bisected by the Matapédia River and Quebec Route 132 that runs parallel to it. There are two hamlets in the territory: the eponymous Routhierville () and Milnikek (). The community of Routhierville is located on the west bank of the Matapédia River along the Canadian National Railway that was originally constructed as the Intercolonial Railway in the 1860s, while its train station was built in 1878. The community used to be called ''Assametquagan'', meaning "appearing at the detour," but was renamed after station master Alphonse Routhier (1875-1958). The community of Routhierville is accessible from Route 132 with a covered bridge over the Matapédia River, built in 1931 to replace a ferry. Rivière-Nouvelle is an unorganized territory in the Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine region of Quebec, Canada. The eponymous Nouvelle River (French meaning "new") has its source in the Notre Dame Mountains and is long. It flows in a southerly direction through the middle of the territory until the Municipality of Nouvelle where its course changes to the south-east before emptying in Chaleur Bay. While its current name has been in use since the 17th century, the Mi'kmaq people called it ''Tlapatantjitjg'', meaning "potatoes" (used metaphorically because of its rocky bottom). Mont-Albert, Quebec
Mont-Albert is an unorganized territory in the Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine region of Quebec, Canada. The only population centre within the territory is Cap-Seize, located south of Sainte-Anne-des-Monts along Quebec Route 299. It was established circa 1940 as a forestry centre and named after the nearby Cap-Seize Creek, a tributary of the Sainte-Anne River. While the name literally means "Cape Sixteen", it is actually a transformation of the English word "capsize", the creek's original name. A post office operated there from 1946 to 1969. The ghost town of Saint-Octave-de-l'Avenir is about south-southeast of Cap-Chat, at an altitude of . It was formed in 1932 as part of the Vautrin Settlement Plan to encourage colonization of Gaspésie's interior and intended to bring relief during the Great Depression of the 1930s. Rivière-Bonjour is an unorganized territory in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region of Quebec, Canada. A large part of the territory is part of the Matane Wildlife Reserve. The eponymous Bonjour River is a long stream roughly in the centre of the territory that has its source at the south-eastern slopes of the Chic-Choc Mountains, including the high Mont Blanc.
