Randall Edmund Roach is an American politician. He served as a Democratic member for the 36th district of the Louisiana House of Representatives. He was also the mayor of Lake Charles, Louisiana from 2000 to 2017. Roach attended LaGrange High School, graduating in 1969. He then attended Louisiana State University, where he earned an undergraduate degree in accounting and a Juris Doctor degree. Silton Ray Fontenot (born August 8, 1957, in Lake Charles, Louisiana) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played for four seasons between 1983 and 1986. He played for three teams in those four years – the New York Yankees, Chicago Cubs and Minnesota Twins. Fontenot, a , left-hander, was drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 34th round (815th overall) of the 1979 amateur entry draft.
