Kyffin Simpson
Kyffin Simpson (born 9 October 2004 in Bridgetown, Barbados) is a Cayman-based American- Barbadian racing driver. Biography Barbados-born but a resident of the British overseas territory of the Cayman Islands, Simpson made his car racing debut in 2020 for Velocity Racing Development in the US Formula 4 Championship after 9 years of karting across the Caribbean. He twinned this with a Formula Regional Americas Championship campaign, and dominated the championship in his second season with podiums in all but five races. Winning the FR Americas title meant Kyffin was in line to receive HPD’s scholarship fund worth $600,000 to drive for one of the Honda-powered teams in Super Formula in 2022, but he turned it down due to Japan’s ongoing travel restrictions due to COVID-19. The 2023 IMSA SportsCar Championship (known for sponsorship reasons as the 2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship) is the 53rd racing season sanctioned by the International Motor Sports Association, which traces its lineage back to the 1971 IMSA GT Championship. 2023 Asian Le Mans Series
The 2023 Asian Le Mans Series was the eleventh season of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest's Asian Le Mans Series. It was the fourth 24 Hours of Le Mans-based series created by the ACO, following the American Le Mans Series (since merged with the Rolex Sports Car Series to form the United SportsCar Championship), the European Le Mans Series and the FIA World Endurance Championship. The 2023 Firestone Indy NXT Series season is the 21st season of the primary support series for the IndyCar Series, sanctioned by IndyCar. Known as Indy Lights before 2023, the championship was rebranded following its acquisition by Penske Entertainment, the owner of INDYCAR, in 2022.
