KwaZakele
iBhayi is a large township near Port Elizabeth, South Africa. It is the largest township in the Eastern Cape province and the ninth largest in South Africa after Mitchells Plain near Cape Town in the Western Cape. Etymology ''iBhayi'' (sometimes ''eBhayi'') is a Xhosa word meaning "the bay". Although iBhayi is the name used for the collection of predominantly black townships north of Port Elizabeth, it is also used as a name for the city amongst Xhosa-speaking people. Geography iBhayi is a collection of predominantly black townships situated north of the city of Port Elizabeth, similar to how Soweto, south-west of Johannesburg is also a collection of predominantly black townships. Redhouse, Eastern Cape
Redhouse is a small village in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, located to the north of the city of Port Elizabeth. It is adjacent to a declared wetland reserve, soon hopefully to be a Ramsar site. The village is situated on the Zwartkops River, and is host to the Redhouse Yacht Club. The village was built around the Redhouse train station which is a stopping point for passenger and goods trains coming from or going to the Port Elizabeth harbour. There are over 10,000 water birds here, in the summer, including beautiful flamingos aplenty. Bethelsdorp is a town in Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa, 20 km north-west of Port Elizabeth. History Established in 1803 by Rev. J.T. van der Kemp on the farm Roodepas of Theunis Botha as a mission station of the London Missionary Society. The name is derived from the Hebrew word ''Baitheel'', meaning 'House of God'. The R75 is a provincial route in Eastern Cape, South Africa that connects Graaff-Reinet with Gqeberha via Despatch, Kariega and Jansenville. Route Nelson Mandela Bay The R75 begins at the intersection with the R102 (Govan Mbeki Road) in Sydenham, just north of the Gqeberha city centre as a dual-carriage roadway and heads in a north-westerly direction as ''Commercial Road''. It intersects with the N2 highway in the suburb of Korsten and after crossing the N2, it becomes ''Uitenhage Road''. It passes through the large township of Ibhayi before leaving the built up area of Gqeberha (previously known as Port Elizabeth) and intersecting with the M19 metropolitan route at an interchange south-east of Despatch, adjacent to the Azalea Park suburb. Mitchells Plain is a large township located within the City of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa and situated about from the Cape Town city centre. It is one of South Africa's largest residential areas and contains multiple smaller suburbs. It is located on the Cape Flats on the False Bay coast between Muizenberg and Khayelitsha. Eastern Cape Province
The Eastern Cape is one of the provinces of South Africa. Its capital is Bhisho, but its two largest cities are East London and Gqeberha. The second largest province in the country (at 168,966 km2) after Northern Cape, it was formed in 1994 out of the Xhosa homelands or bantustans of Transkei and Ciskei, together with the eastern portion of the Cape Province.
