Kung Ming-hsin
Kung Ming-hsin () is a Taiwanese politician. Early life Kung obtained his bachelor's degree in statistics from Fu Jen Catholic University in 1986, master's degree in economics from National Taiwan University in 1989 and doctoral degree in economics from National Chung Hsing University in 1997. Political career Kung was the vice president of the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research while working with Tsai Ing-wen's incoming presidential administration. National Taiwan University (NTU; ) is a public research university in Taipei, Taiwan. The university was founded in 1928 during Japanese rule as the seventh of the Imperial Universities. It was named Taihoku Imperial University and served during the period of Japanese colonization. Lin Chuan (; born 13 December 1951) is a Taiwanese economist and politician who served as Premier of the Republic of China (Taiwan) from 2016 to 2017 under President Tsai Ing-wen. He served as Minister of Budget, Accounting and Statistics and Minister of Finance during Chen Shui-bian's presidency. Fu Jen Catholic University (FJU, FJCU or Fu Jen; or ) is a private Catholic university in Xinzhuang, New Taipei City, Taiwan.
