Sandro Kulenović
Sandro Kulenović (; born 4 December 1999) is a Croatian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Dinamo Zagreb. Club career Kulenović was born in Zagreb in 1999. His father Almin, who hails from Bihać, is a former Bosnian international who has seven caps for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Kulenović joined the academy of Dinamo Zagreb in 2008. During the 2015–16 season, he played 27 times for the reserves, scoring 22 goals and adding 11 assists. On 7 June 2016, he moved abroad and joined the academy of Polish club Legia Warsaw on a three-year contract. On 22 July 2017, he was loaned out to the youth team of Italian club Juventus, but returned to his parent club in the following June. Skender Kulenović
Skender Kulenović (2 September 1910 – 25 January 1978) was a Yugoslav poet, novelist and dramatist. Biography Skender Kulenović was born in 1910 in the Bosnian town of Bosanski Petrovac (then part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire), to Muslim parents. Kulenović hailed from the landowning Bey family, one of the richest and oldest in Bosnia. However, in 1921, his family became impoverished due to the agrarian reforms brought in by the new Kingdom of Yugoslavia and they moved to the central Bosnian town of Travnik, his mother's birthplace. In Travnik, Kulenović completed his high school education at the local Jesuit Grammar School. There he wrote his first poems, culminating in the publication of a set of sonnets (''Ocvale primule'') in 1927. He then went to Zagreb to study law. Osman Kulenović
Osman Kulenović (15 December 1889 – 7 June 1947) was a Yugoslav politician and lawyer, most notable for serving as the Vice President of the Government of the Independent State of Croatia in 1941. Early life Osman Kulenović was born to a wealthy Bosniak family in Kulen Vakuf, present-day Bosnia and Herzegovina. When he entered the University of Zagreb he joined the Party of Rights. During Austrian-Hungarian rule he was among the younger representatives in the Croatian ''Sabor''. His colleague was Ante Pavelić, the future ''Poglavnik'' of the Independent State of Croatia. Kulenović graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Vienna in 1917, where he gained his Ph.D. as well. Katarina Matanović-Kulenović
Katarina Matanović-Kulenović (18 March 1913 in Vuka – 24 April 2003 in Zagreb) was the first female Croatian pilot and parachutist. Born near Osijek in 1913, she lived in Zagreb from 1918. She became a graduated pilot in the Yugoslav Royal Air Force in 1936. She parachuted at an air show in Zemun in 1938. During the Independent State of Croatia period she was married to Croatian journalist Namik Kulenović. From 1943 she served in the Croatian War Air Force. For a time she was the personal pilot of minister Ante Vokić. In 1944, her husband died in a plane crash. After the Second World War she was no longer allowed to fly in Communist Yugoslavia and her story was largely unknown. Vuk Kulenovic (21 July 1946 – 10 April 2017) was a Serbian contemporary composer and teacher based in Boston, Massachusetts. He taught counterpoint, orchestration and directed study at Berklee College of Music. He composed and had commissions from around the world. His influences were wide-ranging, including jazz, Indian ragas, Balkan folk music, rock and many other contemporary styles. He wrote over 100 works for symphony orchestra, solo instruments, chamber ensembles, choral and vocal pieces, ballet, and scores for film and stage music.
