Kranji MRT Station
Kranji MRT station is an elevated Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the North South line (NSL). Situated in Sungei Kadut, Singapore along Woodlands Road, it serves the Singapore Turf Club and the Woodlands Wafer Fabrication Park. The station is operated by SMRT Trains. Originally not part of the Woodlands MRT extension plans, Kranji station was later included in November 1992. Completed along with the other Woodlands extension stations on 10 February 1996, it is the largest among the stations, designed to handle a large volume of visitors to the Singapore Turf Club. Designed with a kampung-style roof, the station is integrated with other transportation modes and serves cross-border bus services to Johor Bahru. Kranji Railway Station
Kranji Station (KRI) is a class III railway station located in Kranji, West Bekasi, Bekasi, West Java. The station, which is located at an altitude of +18 m, is included in the Operation Area I Jakarta and is the westernmost railway station in Bekasi City and West Java for the Rajawali–Cikampek railway, as well as the northernmost in West Java. This station only serves the Cikarang Loop Line. To the west from this station, before Cakung Station, there used to be Rawabebek Station which has now been demolished due to low occupancy. Yew Tee MRT Station
Yew Tee MRT station is an above-ground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the North South line in Choa Chu Kang, Singapore, located at Choa Chu Kang Drive near the junction of Choa Chu Kang North 6 and Choa Chu Kang Street 62. Sengkang MRT/LRT Station
Sengkang MRT/LRT station is a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) and Light Rail Transit (LRT) interchange station in Sengkang, Singapore. It is an interchange between the North East line (NEL) and Sengkang LRT (SKLRT). Along with Buangkok station, it is one of the two MRT stations located within the Sengkang planning area. The LRT station opened on 18 January 2003 along with the other East loop stations on the SKLRT, with the NEL station opening later on 20 June. Bishan MRT Station
Bishan MRT station is a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) interchange station on the North South (NSL) and Circle (CCL) lines in Bishan, Singapore. Located along Bishan Road within the town centre area, it is integrated with the Junction 8 shopping centre and close to the Bishan Bus Interchange. Nearby schools include Raffles Institution, Catholic High School and the Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Primary and Secondary Schools. Initially announced as Kampung San Teng, it was renamed San Teng and subsequently Bishan. Opened on 7 November 1987, Bishan NSL station was one of the first five stations on the MRT network. Aljunied MRT Station
Aljunied MRT station is an above-ground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the East West line (EWL) in Geylang, Singapore. Named after Aljunied Road, this station primarily serves Aljunied, one of the subzones that make up Geylang planning area. On the EWL, it is between the Paya Lebar and Kallang stations. The station opened on 4 November 1989 as part of the MRT eastern line extension to Tanah Merah station. A high-volume low-speed (HVLS) fan is a type of mechanical fan greater than in diameter. HVLS fans are generally ceiling fans although some are pole mounted. HVLS fans move slowly and distribute large amounts of air at low rotational speed– hence the name "high volume, low speed." Typical applications for HVLS fans fall into two classifications—industrial and commercial. Sembawang MRT station is an elevated Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the North-South line (NSL). Located in Sembawang, Singapore along Sembawang Road, the station is close to the Sun Plaza shopping centre and Sembawang Bus Interchange. The station is operated by SMRT Trains. Mah Bow Tan
Mah Bow Tan ( zh, s=马宝山, p=Mǎ Bǎoshān; born 12 September 1948) is a Singaporean former politician who served as Leader of the House between 2007 and 2011, Minister for National Development between 1999 and 2011, Minister for the Environment between 1993 and 1995, and Minister for Communications between 1991 and 1999.
