Kolmonen
Kolmonen or III divisioona is the fourth level in the league system of Finnish football and comprises 104 Finnish football teams. The III divisioona was introduced in 1973 and in the mid-1990s became known as the Kolmonen (''Number Three'' in English and ''Trean'' in Swedish). The competition There are 104 clubs in the Kolmonen, divided in 9 groups of 10 to 12 teams each representing a geographical area. During the course of a season (starting in April and ending in October) each club plays the others twice, once at their home ground and once at that of their opponents. The top team in each Kolmonen group is promoted to Kakkonen and the two lowest placed teams are normally relegated to the Nelonen. The SPL Helsingin piiri ''(Helsinki Football Association)'' is one of the 12 district organisations of the Football Association of Finland. It administers lower tier football in Helsinki. Background Suomen Palloliitto Helsingin piiri, commonly referred to as SPL Helsingin piiri or SPL Helsinki, is the governing body for football in Helsinki. Based in Helsinki, the Association's General Secretary is Kimmo J. Lipponen. The association was founded on 9 January 1924 and is the oldest District Football Association in Finland. SPL Vaasa was established 6 days later and SPL Turku on 5 May 1924. SC KuFu-98
SC Kuopio Futis-98 (abbreviated SC KuFu-98 or KuFu-98) is a football club from Kuopio, Finland. The club was formed in 1998 and their home ground is Savon Sanomat Areena. Background SC KuFu-98 was established in 1998, the club's inaugural meeting being attended by Leo Pohjolainen, Jarmo Hämäläinen, Heikki Kärkkäinen, Markku Korhonen, Pekka Toivanen, Janne Koskinen and Mikko Kolehmainen. The players for the first season came mainly from the Airakselan Yrityksen sports club. The club began their competitive matches in the Nelonen (Fourth Division). After their first season they gained promotion to the Kolmonen (Third Division) where they have subsequently played most of their football. Ilves-Kissat
Tampereen-Viipurin llves-Kissat is a Finnish football club from Tampere. As of 2017 are playing in the Kolmonen league. They play their home matches in the Tammelan Stadion, which was opened in 1931. The name of the club was changed to Viipurin Ilves (‘Lynx of Viipuri’) in 1934, and as a result of the Winter War, the club was relocated in Tampere in 1940. However, there already was a club called Ilves in Tampere, so club reverted to the name Ilves-Kissat in December 1944.History of Tampereen-Viipurin Ilves-Kissat.

FC Viikkarit
FC Viikkarit (previously FC Viikingit/2) are a Finnish association football team based in Vuosaari, East Helsinki. They play in the ''Kakkonen'', the third tier of football in Finland, and are the reserve team of second-tier club FC Viikingit. The reserve team was established in 2007 and won promotion to the Kakkonen after the 2013 season. The team is managed by Alexei Zhukov, who had a long career as a player for the first team of the East Helsinki club. Finnish Football League System
The Finnish football league system is a series of interconnected leagues for club football in Finland. The three highest levels are managed by the Finnish FA while the other leagues are managed by the regional departments of the FA.
