Ko Ko Oo ( my, ကိုကိုဦး; 1961 – 9 December 2015) was a scientist, previously served as Minister for Science and Technology of Myanmar (MOST) from September 2012 to December 2015 until his death. Thura Aye Myint ( my, အေးမြင့်) was the Minister of Labour of Burmese from 2013 to 2016. Aye Myint contested the 2010 Burmese general election as a Union Solidarity and Development Party candidate, winning a Pyithu Hluttaw seat for the Mawlamyine Township constituency. He served as Minister of Science and Technology from March 2011 to August 2012 and as Minister of Industry from August 2012 to July 2013. Khin San Yee
Khin San Yi ( my, ခင်စန်းရီ; also spelt Khin San Yee) is a Burmese development economist, previously served as Minister for Education of Myanmar and Minister for Science and Technology of Myanmar from February 2014 to 30 March 2016. She became the second Burmese woman to be appointed minister by the Thein Sein administration. She was appointed by Thein Sein after the death of her predecessor, Mya Aye and Ko Ko Oo, in December 2013 and December 2015.
