Kniazha Arena (Dobromyl)
Lafort Arena, formerly Knyazha Arena is football stadium in the city of Dobromyl, Lviv Oblast in Ukraine. It is the home ground of FC Lviv of the Ukrainian First League. The stadium was originally funded and owned by the insurance and brokerage firm " Knyazha" which used to own the football club. On July 21, 2010 the stadium was renamed to its new sponsors ''Lafort''. History The stadium was declared fit to hold Premier League matches in March 2009, but after atrocious conditions in their home game with Metalist Kharkiv which left the pitch and stadium damaged, the Football Federation of Ukraine barred further games until the pitch and stadium was brought up to league standard. Dobromyl
Dobrómyl’ ( ua, Добро́миль, links=no, pl, Dobromil, links=no) is a city in Sambir Raion, Lviv Oblast, Ukraine. It is located some 5 kilometers from the border with Poland. It hosts the administration of Dobromyl urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: . History Dobromyl was first mentioned in 1374, as a settlement founded by the Herburt family, upon request of Polish prince Władysław Opolczyk. In 1566 it was granted Magdeburg rights by the King Sigismund I the Old. The Persha Liha ( uk, Перша ліга) or Ukrainian First League is a professional football league in Ukraine and the second tier of national football competitions pyramid. Members of the league also participate in the Ukrainian Cup. It is the highest division of Professional Football League. Football Club Metalist Kharkiv ( uk, Футбо́льний Клуб Металі́ст Ха́рків ) is a Ukrainian football club based in Kharkiv that plays in the Ukrainian First League during the 2021–22 season. It was revived 5 years after the original FC Metalist Kharkiv ceased operations. Founded in 1925, FC Metalist Kharkiv had worked its way up the rungs of the Soviet football system, eventually being promoted to the Soviet Top League in 1960. Football Club Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih () was a professional Ukrainian football club based in Kryvyi Rih. Until 2013 the club participated in professional competitions. In June 2013 the club went bankrupt and was expelled from the Ukrainian Premier League. There was a failed attempt to revive the club in 2014, until finally the club was reestablished again in 2015.
