Kimiyoshi Yasuda
(born February 15, 1911 Tokyo, Japan, died July 26, 1983) was a Japanese film director from the 1930s to 1970s. He directed six films about Zatoichi, the Blind Swordsman. He signed with Nikkatsu Kyoto studio as an assistant director and started working as an assistant director under Sadao Yamanaka and Hiroshi Inagaki etc. He made his director debut with ''Ouma wa Nanajyunana-mangoku'' in 1944. Daimajin (1966 Film)
is a 1966 Japanese ''kaiju'' film directed by Kimiyoshi Yasuda. Produced and distributed by Daiei Film, it is the first film in the ''Daimajin'' trilogy. The plot centers around a wrathful spirit (the eponymous Daimajin) sealed inside an ancient statue, which comes to life to help the surviving children of the slain lord of Tanba Province ( Miwa Takada and Yoshihiko Aoyama). Oshizamurai Kiichihōgan
also known as The Mute Samurai is a Japanese television ''jidaigeki'' or period drama, that was broadcast in 1973–1974. The lead star is Tomisaburo Wakayama, his younger brother Shintaro Katsu also appeared and directed episode 1. It is based on Kanda Takeshi's manga ''Oshizamurai Kiichihōgan''. Plot Kiichihōgan is a samurai who had been a victim of a vicious crime, completely changing his life forever. His parents were killed and his virgin wife was violated by a skilled Spaniard named Gonzalez. 18 years later Kiichihōgan abandons the way of the samurai and he becomes a bounty hunter, taking Japans most wanted criminals. Nemuri Kyōshirō (TV Series)
is a Japanese television jidaigeki or period drama that was broadcast in prime-time in 1972 to 1973. It is based on series of Nemuri Kyōshirō novels by Renzaburō Shibata. Masakazu Tamura played the role of Nemuri Kyōshirō. Tamura's older brother Takahiro Tamura and younger brother Ryo Tamura appeared as a guest in the episode 6. is the main character and title of a Japanese novel by Saho Sasazawa, probably best known in the televised version broadcast during prime-time in 1972–1973, directed by Kon Ichikawa. Yoshiyuki Kuroda

Lady Sazen And The Drenched Swallow Sword
(also known as Left Fencer) is a 1969 Japanese samurai drama and action film, directed by Kimiyoshi Yasuda. Michiyo Okusu plays the role of the one-eyed, one-armed swords-woman O-kin. This film follows in the series of films about Tange Sazen, but this one features a female version of the Sazen—Lady Sazen.
