Khozyain
Khozyain (хозяин) sometimes ''khozain'' is a Russian word meaning "owner", describing a certain type of political leader. The term's applicability to the politicians originates from the Russian word ''khozyain'' (of a household), usually the oldest male entrusted with the welfare of the family. For someone to merit the title of a real ''khozyain'' he must take care of those in his domain. It is a rich term which traditionally refers to a leader of a given social domain, a home, a village, an enterprise, or a country, although it can be also used to define a leader of a criminal gang. It is sometimes difficult to classify the khozian-politician in a classical political sense since their overriding concerns are not a leftist or rightist political agenda, but the welfare of the group where ideology is less important than pragmatism, strength of character and problem solving skills. Transnistria, officially the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (PMR), is an unrecognised breakaway state that is internationally recognised as a part of Moldova. Oleksandr Omelchenko
Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Omelchenko ( uk, Олександр Олександрович Омельченко; 9 August 1938 – 25 November 2021) was a Ukrainian politician who served as mayor of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, first elected in 1999. Running for a third term he lost his re-election bid in March 2006. Omelchenko was also a People's Deputy of Ukraine from 2007 to 2012. Omelchenko was the President of both the Association of the Cities of Ukraine and the Ice Hockey Federation of Ukraine (1997–2006). In 2001, he bought FC CSKA Kyiv from the Ministry of Defense and transformed it into FC Arsenal Kyiv.
