Khodadad Rezakhani
Khodadad Rezakhani (Persian language, Persian: خداداد رضاخانی, born 1976) is an Iranian historian of Late antiquity, late antique Central Asia, Central and West Asia. He has been associate research scholar at The Sharmin and Bijan Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Iran and Persian Gulf Studies Princeton University from 2016 to 2020. Early life and education Rezakhani was born in Tehran, Iran and was educated in Europe and Iran before moving to the United States. He later moved back to London, UK where he earned his Master's degree, MSc in History subject, History from London School of Economics and a PhD in Late Antique/Middle Eastern History from UCLA with a dissertation titled Empires and Microsystems : Late Antique Regional Economy in Central and West Asia, 500-750' under the supervision of Michael G. Sanjay Subrahmanyam
Sanjay Subrahmanyam (born 21 May 1961) is a historian who specialises in the early modern period and in Connected History. He is the author of several books and publications. He holds the Irving and Jean Stone Endowed Chair in Social Sciences at UCLA which he joined in 2004. Background and education Sanjay Subramanyam is the son of K. Subrahmanyam and his wife Sulochana. Claudia Rapp
Claudia Rapp FBA is a German scholar of the Byzantine Empire. She is currently Professor of Byzantine Studies at the University of Vienna, a position she has held since 2011. Having studied at the Free University of Berlin, she then obtained her D.Phil. in Modern History at the University of Oxford in 1992. She was a Professor in the History Department of the University of California, Los Angeles between 1994 and 2011, before taking up her current post in Vienna. In 2012 she became the Director of the Division of Byzantine Research at the Austrian Academy of Sciences and became a Full Member of the Academy two years later.
