Kevin Kadish
Kevin Kadish (born 1971) is an American songwriter and record producer. He co-wrote, produced, and mixed the 2014 Diamond certified (10x platinum) single "All About That Bass" by Meghan Trainor which spent eight weeks at No. 1 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100. In 2018, the song was named the 67th Biggest Hot100 Hit of All-Time, by Billboard (magazine), seated between The J. Geils Band “Centerfold (song)” (66) and John Lennon “(Just Like) Starting Over” (68). The song received two nominations at the 57th Grammy Awards: Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Everything is an American alternative rock band from Harrisonburg, Virginia, best known for their 1998 hit "Hooch". History The band was formed in 1989 by students at James Madison University. Going on the road full-time in '92, they played 200-250 shows a year for nearly the next 10 years, starting in the mid-Atlantic, and then gradually expanding their grass roots fan base until it extended across half of the U.S. The band released its first 3 albums independently, selling almost 30,000 CDs before signing a brief and ill-fated deal with Capricorn Records in 1995. Marcy Playground is an American alternative rock band consisting of three members: John Wozniak (lead vocals, guitar), Dylan Keefe (bass), and Shlomi Lavie (drums). The band is best known for their 1997 hit "Sex and Candy". History Early years The band is named after the Marcy Open grade school in Minneapolis, which is the alternative school John Wozniak attended. Owings Mills High School (OMHS) is a four-year public high school in Owings Mills, Maryland, United States. It is part of the Baltimore County Public Schools consolidated school district. History Construction for Owings Mills Junior-Senior High School began in 1978. Students were housed temporarily at Pikesville Junior High and Sudbrook Middle School during the construction.
