Kevin Christopher Foster (January 13, 1969 – October 11, 2008) was an American professional baseball pitcher, who appeared in 100 games pitched, games in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Philadelphia Phillies, Chicago Cubs and Texas Rangers (baseball), Texas Rangers in all or parts of seven seasons between and . Kevin Foster (born June 17, 1990) is an American professional basketball player who last played for Beşiktaş of the Turkish Basketball League (TBL). The shooting guard played college basketball for Santa Clara University between 2008–09 and 2012–13. Foster made 431 three-point field goals in his career, which is tied for the fourth-most all-time in NCAA Division I history. He finished his collegiate career as Santa Clara's all-time leading scorer with 2,423 points, which is also the most in San Francisco Bay Area Division I history and second most in West Coast Conference history. Kevin Foster (born 1958/1959) is an English investment fraudster, convicted of 14 counts of deception and theft in relation to his operation of a £34m (approx $51m) Ponzi scheme, which ran from 2002 to 2004. By the time Foster was stopped, police discovered his scheme, originally called ''KF Concept'' but later renamed to ''Phase 9'', had taken money from 8,500 investors, mainly drawn in through his series of flamboyant roadshows across the UK. In 2010, Foster was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment, though that was reduced to 9 years on appeal after several convictions were overturned. Trial and conviction On 9 March 2010, Kevin Foster was convicted at Harrow Crown Court in northwest London, following a seven-week trial which began on 18 January 2010.

The Lords of Chaos was a self-styled teen militia formed on April 13, 1996, in Fort Myers, Florida, United States. It was led by Kevin Donald Foster (born Kevin Donald Bates; June 16, 1977). The group gained notoriety for a crime spree that ended on April 30, 1996, with the murder of one of the boys' teachers, Mark Schwebes, the Riverdale High School's band director. The case has been documented, most extensively in Jim Greenhill's true crime book about the case, ''Someone Has to Die Tonight.'' It is also the subject of a ''Dateline NBC'' special, ''When A Killer Calls'', as well as being mentioned in '' Lords of Chaos: The Bloody Rise of the Satanic Metal Underground'' by Michael Moynihan & Didrik Søderlind, the book even borrowing the group's name. Joseph Kevin Foster IV (born February 29, 1960), known as Kevin Foster, is a mountain biker best known for his 1990 tour across the Great Wall of China; his 1993-1995 tour of the highest points in the United States; and his 1997 tour across Cuba.
