Ketteiteki Sanpunkan
(stylised as "The Decisive 3min.") is one of the two songs that made up the fourth single by Japanese entertainer Chiaki Kuriyama, along with "Oishii Kisetsu". They were released on March 2, 2011, as the lead singles from her debut album ''Circus'', released two weeks later. Both songs were produced by musician Ringo Sheena, who covered "Ketteiteki Sanpunkan" for her album '' Gyakuyunyū: Kōwankyoku'' in 2014. Background and development After Chiaki Kuriyama debuted in early 2010 with the single "Ryūsei no Namida", she began to release collaboration singles, featuring a famous Japanese rock musician as the producer. "Kanōsei Girl" (2010) was produced by Tomoyasu Hotei, and "Cold Finger Girl" (2011) by Kenichi Asai of Blankey Jet City. In 2010, Kuriyama starred in the drama ''Atami no Sōsakan''. Chiaki Kuriyama
is a Japanese actress, singer, and model. She is best known in the West for her roles as Takako Chigusa in Kinji Fukasaku's 2000 film '' Battle Royale'' and Gogo Yubari in Quentin Tarantino's 2003 film '' Kill Bill: Volume 1''. Life and career She was born in Tsuchiura, Ibaraki. Kuriyama was a popular model during Japan's child model boom in the mid-1990s. In 1997, she appeared in the photobooks ''Shinwa-Shōjo'' (''Girl of Myth'') and ''Shōjokan'' (''Girl's Residence''), photographed by Kishin Shinoyama. Kōfukuron
is the debut single by Japanese singer Ringo Sheena and it was released on May 27, 1998 by Toshiba EMI, East World. Since Sheena suddenly gained popularity, it was decided that this single was resold as a 12 cm single. New edition, including the new song, was re-released with the fourth single " Honnō" on October 27, 1999. The 1999 edition was certified gold by the RIAJ for 200,000 copies shipped to stores. Background "Kōfukuron" and "Suberidai" were produced by Hiroshi Kitashiro, who is an audio engineer and synthesizer programmer, and "Toki ga Bōsō Suru" was produced by Uni Inoue, who is an audio engineer and multi-instrumentalist. Seiji Kameda arranged all songs. Sheena wanted to release not "Kōfukuron" but B-side song "Suberidai" as a title tune. However, she gave up on the idea because of opposition from EMI staff.
