Ketil Kjenseth (born 13 August 1968) is a Norwegian schoolteacher and politician for the Liberal Party. Personal life Kjenseth was born in Lillehammer to Kristen Kjenseth and Gerd Lovise Kjenseth, and grew up in Biri Øverbygd. Career Kjenseth was elected to the Parliament of Norway from Oppland in 2013 where he was member of the Standing Committee on Health and Care Services. Lillehammer () is a municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Gudbrandsdal. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Lillehammer. The Liberal Party ( no, Venstre, lit=Left, V; se, Gurutbellodat) is a centrist political party in Norway. It was founded in 1884 and it is the oldest political party in Norway. Oppland is one of the 19 multi-member constituencies of the Storting, the national legislature of Norway. The constituency was established as Opland in 1921 following the introduction of proportional representation for elections to the Storting. Its spelling was settled as Oppland in 1950.
