''Kerwhizz'' (strapline: ''The Quiz with added Whizz'') is a live-action animated British children's television game show which originally aired on CBeebies between 2008 and 2011. The series uses a mix of CGI and Live action, and is targeted towards four to six-year-olds. Summary The show is moderated and presented by Kerwhizzitor (Jacob Scipio), the only regular live-action character. Three teams of two CGI characters, each comprising a human child racer and a part-living, part-mechanical animal pet, must answer five rounds of questions, each featuring a regular 2D animated animal character, to win a choice of pod mod for their respective racing pods. In addition, one of the five rounds offer the chance to win a mystery pod mod. Each pod mod, and mystery mod is an unconventional accessory that may or may not give its user a better chance of winning the race. Jacob Scipio
Jacob Muntaz Scipio (born January 10, 1993) is an English actor and writer. In 2016, Scipio co-founded CPO Productions. In that time he has written and starred in ''The Writers Group'' (2018) and ''Cowboys & Angels'' (2016), short films that premiered at the Cannes Court Métrage and London screenings at the British Film Institute. In 2020, he played villain Armando Aretas in the action comedy ''Bad Boys for Life'', directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, and starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. Tree Fu Tom
Tree Fu Tom is a British live-action/ CGI television series which has been shown on BBC and CBeebies in the UK and Universal Kids and NBC in the USA. It is set in a miniature magical countryside and village area (Treetopolis) on the top of a part of a trunk of a big tree in a British-type woodland, where the trunk turns horizontal and then vertical again. Its characters are mostly anthropomorphised arthropods (which are not to size scale with each other as in reality). The programme is aimed at two- to six-year-olds. 72 episodes were produced across five series, premiering in 2012 and ended in 2016. Tree Fu Tom is also available on BBC iPlayer. Blue Zoo Animation Studio is a British animation studio known for producing children's television series, commercials and, short films.
