Kenneth Horn
Ken Horn (born July 10, 1959) is an American politician from the state of Michigan. A Republican, Horn has represented the 32nd district of the Michigan Senate since 2015. He is also a former member of the Michigan House of Representatives for the 94th District (encompassing part of Saginaw County) from 2007 through 2012. Horn first served as on the Saginaw County Board of Commissioners from the 2nd district from January 1993 to December 2006, and operated a restaurant in Frankenmuth. Michigan's 32nd Senate District
Michigan's 32nd Senate district is one of 38 districts in the Michigan Senate. The 32nd district was created by the 1850 Michigan Constitution, as the 1835 constitution only permitted a maximum of eight senate districts. It has been represented by Republican Jon Bumstead since 2023, succeeding fellow Republican Kenneth Horn. Geography District 32 encompasses all of Benzie, Mason, Muskegon, and Oceana counties, as well as part of Manistee County. 2011 Apportionment Plan District 32, as dictated by the 2011 Apportionment Plan, was based in Saginaw, covering all of Saginaw County and parts of western Genesee County. Genesee County, Michigan
Genesee County ( ) is a county in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 Census, the population was 406,211, making it the fifth-most populous county in Michigan. The county seat and population center is Flint (birthplace of General Motors). Genesee County is considered to be a part of the greater Mid Michigan area. The county was named after Genesee County, New York which in turn comes from the Seneca word Gen-nis'-hee-yo, meaning "Beautiful Valley".
