Kennedy Moretti
Kennedy Moretti (born 1966) is a Brazilian pianist and music professor. Biography Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Kennedy Moretti studied piano at the São Paulo University and later at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music (Budapest, Hungary) and in Vienna at the University of Music and Performing Arts. He later worked as an accompanist and music assistant at the Hungarian State Opera House and in Austria with the Neue Oper Wien and the Neue Oper Austria at the Volkstheater. In the 90s, Moretti moved to Spain and was the senior accompanist of Alfredo Kraus' class at the Queen Sofía College of Music, where he continues teaching at the Institute for Chamber Music. Until 2006 he was a chamber music professor at the Conservatorio Superior de Musica in Salamanca and currently holds teaching positions at the Catalonia College of Music in Barcelona and Music Conservatoire in Zaragoza. The Cuarteto Casals (''Casals Quartet'') is a Spanish string quartet based at l'Auditori in Barcelona, where all four members reside and teach at the Escola Superior de Musica de Catalunya. Formation The Cuarteto Casals was founded at the Reina Sofía School of Music, Madrid, in 1997 under Professor Antonello Farulli. They have studied with Walter Levin and Rainer Schmidt in Barcelona, as well as undertaking graduate work in Cologne under the Alban Berg Quartet and Harald Schoneweg. Ruggero Raimondi (born 3 October 1941) is an Italian bass-baritone opera singer who has also appeared in motion pictures. Life and career Early training and career Ruggero Raimondi was born in Bologna, Italy, during World War II. His voice matured early into its adult timbre, and at the age of 15, he auditioned for conductor Francesco Molinari-Pradelli, who encouraged him to pursue an operatic career. He began vocal studies with Ettore Campogalliani, and was accepted at age 16 as a student at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan. Juan Alberto March Ordinas (4 October 1880 – 10 March 1962) was a Spanish business magnate, arms and tobacco smuggler, banker and philanthropist. Closely associated with the Nationalist faction (Spanish Civil War), Nationalist side during and after the Spanish Civil War, March was the wealthiest man in Spain and the sixth richest in the world.
