Martti Juhani Miettunen (17 April 1907 – 19 January 2002), was a Finnish politician who served twice as Finland's prime minister, from 1961 to 1962 and again from 1975 to 1977. Reino Henrik Oittinen (26 July 1912, Helsinki – 1 March 1978) was a Finnish politician from the Social Democratic Party. In the 1930s, Oittinen participated in the municipal politics in Tampere. He was chosen as Finnish Minister of Education on four occasions: 1948–1950, 1951–1953, 1957–1958 and 1966–1968. Matti Miikki
Matti Miikki (1889–1960) was a Finnish farmer and the Centre Party politician. He was a long-term member of the Parliament and the minister of finance between 1951 and 1953. Biography Miikki was born in Ruokolahti on 30 December 1889. He was a member of the Centre Party. He was elected to the Parliament for the party on 21 October 1930 and served there until 9 July 1960. He was appointer minister of finance on 20 September 1951 to the third cabinet of Urho Kekkonen. Miikki's tenure ended on 8 July 1953. Miikki died in Imatra in 1960 while serving a deputy. Emil Albert Skog (30 June 1897, Helsingin maalaiskunta – 20 September 1981, Helsinki) was a Finnish telephone worker, civil servant and politician. During the Finnish Civil War, Skog fought at the Battle of Tampere as an artilleryman on the Red side and was imprisoned at the Kalevankangas camp after Tampere surrendered on 6 April 1918. From 1946 to 1957, Skog was the chairman of the Social Democratic Party of Finland (SDP).
