Lance Kinzer (born April 18, 1970) is an American politician served as the Kansas State Representative for the 30th district from 2013 to 2015. A member of the Republican Party, he previously represented the 14th district from 2004 until redistricting. Biography Kinzer, who attended Wheaton College and the University of Kansas School of Law, was a partner in the law firm Schlagel & Kinzer, LLC. Scott Joseph Schwab (born July 9, 1972) is an American politician serving as the 32nd Secretary of State of Kansas. He served as a member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing the 49th district, from 2009 to 2019. He also served as Speaker ''pro tempore'' of the Kansas House of Representatives from 2017 to 2019. Johnson County is a county in the U.S. state of Kansas, on the border with Missouri. As of the 2020 census, the population was 609,863, making it the most populous county in Kansas.
