Katerina Lehou or Katerina Lechou ( Greek: Κατερίνα Λέχου) is a Greek actress who has been in many theatrical plays, films, and Greek television series. Biography Lehou was born on September 5, 1967, in Athens, Greece. During her childhood, she participated in the arts, like playing the piano and reading literature. She studied and graduated from the Theater of Arts Karolos Koun. In 1990, Lehou started acting professionally in a film named ''The scars of the night'' (Τα σημάδια της νύχτας). In 2010, she began starring on a television series called ''The island'', based on the novel by Victoria Hislop. Viewers were really surprised by Lehou's dramatic performance, since they were used to her starring in comedy serials that she had previously been in. Ekeines kai Ego (Greek: Εκείνες και Εγώ) was a Greek television sitcom starring Yannis Bezos and Tasos Kostis. It is written by Bezos and Andreas Morfonios and directed by Morfonios. The series aired 1996, and lasted two seasons. It is one of Bezos' most popular sitcoms. Title The title means "Those and me". "Those" refers to the women surrounding the series' main character, a hopeless womanizer. It was based on Costas Pretederis' earlier hit series ''Ekeines kai Ego'' (1996), and featured Lambros Konstantaras in the role of Lambros Donganos, Antonis Yakovakis as his friend Dimitris Marikos and Rena Voutsina as Debora. The Olympic flame is a symbol used in the Olympic movement. It is also a symbol of continuity between ancient and modern games. Several months before the Olympic Games, the Olympic flame is lit at Olympia, Greece. Victoria Hislop (née Hamson; born 1959) is an English author. Early life Born in Bromley, Kent, she was raised in Tonbridge and attended Tonbridge Grammar School. She studied English at St Hilda's College, Oxford, and worked in publishing and as a journalist before becoming an author.
