Karl-Erik Bergsten
Karl-Erik Bergsten (1909–1990) was a Swedish geographer. When professor Fredrik Enquist retired in 1952 Bergsten assumed his chair as geography professor in Göteborg University. Bergsten held that position until 1958 when he moved to the University of Lund being succeeded by Sten Rudberg Sten Rudberg (13 September 1917 – 22 October 1996) was a Swedish geologist and geomorphologist. Östergötland
Östergötland (; English exonym: East Gothland) is one of the traditional provinces of Sweden (''landskap'' in Swedish) in the south of Sweden. It borders Småland, Västergötland, Närke, Södermanland and the Baltic Sea. In older English literature, the Latinized version ''Ostrogothia'' is also used. The corresponding administrative county, Östergötland County, covers the entire province and parts of neighbouring provinces. An academy (Attic Greek: Ἀκαδήμεια; Koine Greek Ἀκαδημία) is an institution of secondary or tertiary higher learning (and generally also research or honorary membership). Lund (, , ) is a city in the southern Swedish province of Scania, across the Öresund strait from Copenhagen. The town had 91,940 inhabitants out of a municipal total of 121,510 . Sten Rudberg (13 September 1917 – 22 October 1996) was a Swedish geologist and geomorphologist. He was the son of Gunnar Rudberg.
