Name According to Ketua Kampung Labu Estate, Awang Haji Sulaiman bin Haji Nasir stated, Kampong Labu is in conjunction with the name given by the rubber estate operator in the village which is ''Labu Estet'' (Labu Estate). Background The mukim and Mukim Berakas 'B' were originally one mukim by the name 'Mukim Berakas' before being split into the current divisions in 1996.
