Henry Kalis
Henry Joseph Kalis (March 2, 1937 – September 12, 2018) was an American politician who was a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing southern Minnesota. First elected in 1974, Kalis was reelected every two years until he opted not to seek reelection in 2002. A Democrat, he represented the old Districts 30A and 29B and, later, 26B, which included all or portions of Blue Earth, Faribault, Freeborn, Martin and Waseca counties, changing somewhat through redistricting in 1980 and 1990. He was, along with senators Dennis Frederickson, Earl Renneke and Jim Vickerman, and representatives Gilbert Esau and Wendell Erickson, one of the longest-serving legislators from southern Minnesota in the state's history. Jan Kališ (7 July 1930 – 23 July 2003) was a Czech cinematographer and pedagogue. He studied cinematography at FAMU. He worked at Studio of children films (1954–1955) and then at Barrandov Studios (1955–1990). He was teaching cinematography at FAMU from 1965 to 2003. He often worked with directors Zbyněk Brynych and Jindřich Polák. Since 1960s he also worked on productions for West German televisions. Kyle Brockton Kalis (born December 21, 1993) is an American football guard and center who is currently a free agent. He was selected as a first-team All-American by ''Sports Illustrated'' and ''Parade'' magazine during his senior year in high school, as well as the number one recruit in Ohio for the class of 2012. He became one of the top recruits in the 2012 college football recruiting class. Kalis played college football for the Michigan Wolverines, where he went on to start 47 games at right guard.
