Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya (KSV) or Kadi Sarva University is a private university in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. History Sarva Vidyalaya Kelvani Mandal, Kadi (promoter of Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya) was established in 1919. Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya is a university established vide Gujarat State Government Act 21 of 2007 in May 2007 and approved by UGC (ref f. 9-18/2008(cpp-1) 19 March 2009). The university was set up by Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal, a trust. Academics Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya offers post-graduate courses in 25 disciplines like MBA, MCA, ME, M.Pharm. M.Sc. Gandhinagar (, ) is the capital of the state of Gujarat in India. Gandhinagar is located approximately 23 km north of Ahmedabad, on the west central point of the Industrial corridor between Delhi, the political capital of India, and Mumbai, the financial capital of India. Gandhinagar lies on the west bank of the Sabarmati River, about 545 km (338 miles) north of Mumbai and 901 km (560 miles) southwest of Delhi. The Akshardham temple is located in Gandhinagar. University Grants Commission (UGC) is a statutory body set up by the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India in accordance to the UGC Act 1956 and is charged with coordination, determination and maintenance of standards of higher education in India.
