Owned by Central Arizona Broadcasting, KDOT-FM broadcast beautiful music from studios on the second floor of a building adjacent to the Safari Resort hotel, on Scottsdale Road just north of Camelback Road in Scottsdale. In 1978, First Media Corporation acquired KDOT and its AM counterpart, then known as KSGR, and flipped the stations to Top 40 as simulcasting KOPA-AM-FM. KDUS
KDUS ( AM 1060) is a sports talk radio station broadcasting out of Tempe, Arizona, and serving the Phoenix metropolitan radio market. It is owned by Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc. and licensed to Phoenix FCC License Sub, LLC. Its studios are located on North 52nd Street west of Papago Park and its transmitter is in Guadalupe. KDUS broadcasts on the clear-channel frequency of 1060 kHz; KYW and XEEP are the dominant Class A stations on that frequency. KDUS can also be heard on HD Radio receivers at 100.7 FM KSLX-FM-HD2. Station history 1060 AM came to life in Tempe in 1959 with the callsign KUPD (pronounced Cupid). KAZG (1440 AM) is a radio station broadcasting an oldies format. Licensed to Scottsdale, Arizona, United States, the station covers the Phoenix metropolitan area. KFLX
KFLX (92.5 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a 80's hits format. Licensed to Chino Valley, Arizona, United States, it serves the Flagstaff-Prescott area. The station is currently owned by Stone Canyon Media Group. History KFLX started as a construction permit granted to Ted Tucker and his Desert West Air Ranchers Corporation for a new station on 105.1 kHz in Winslow with the call letters KTDX. Tucker was able to shoehorn KTDX into the more populous Flagstaff market (city of license: Kachina Village) and changed the call letters to KFLX. The construction permit changed hands to D.B. Broadcasting in 1994, then to Red Rock Communications a year later. Red Rock signed the station on with an Adult album alternative format named "The Eagle".
