KF Vllaznimi Struga
KF Vllaznimi ( mk, ФК Влазними) is a football club based in Struga, North Macedonia. The club currently competes in the Macedonian Third League (Southwest Division). History In 1947 a group of young enthusiasts began activities to found a football club, where they could play during holidays and organize tournaments. Unanimously they decided to represent themselves by the name of the Albanian hero "Emin Duraku". In 1974 for political reasons, they gave the club a new name KF "Vllaznimi" meaning brotherhood. Since then the name "Vllaznimi" remains as it is. The club's official colors are blue and they have been like that since they were first formed. Chairman of this club is Naser Sinani , and currently the club is managed by Fiat Shate . Macedonian Third Football League
The Macedonian Third League ( mk, Македонска Трета Лига - Makedonska Treta Liga) is the third highest football competition in North Macedonia. In 2019–20, the competition will be divided into five divisions named Third League - North (Трета Лига - Север), Third League - Center (Трета Лига - Центар), Third League - Southeast (Трета Лига - Југоисток), Third League - West (Трета Лига - Запад) and Third League - Southwest (Трета Лига-Југозапад). At the end of the season, the winners of the North, West and Southwest divisions will be play in a play-off for promotion to the Macedonian Second League, while the winners of Center and Southeast divisions will be directly promoted to the Second League. Struga
Struga ( mk, Струга , sq, Strugë) is a town and popular tourist destination situated in the south-western region of North Macedonia, lying on the shore of Lake Ohrid. The town of Struga is the seat of Struga Municipality. Name The name Struga was first mentioned in the 11th century. It is of Slavic origin. and means a "river bed". The ancient name of the city is Enchalon (Εγχαλών), the ancient Greek word for eel, which may be related to the Illyrian Enchele tribe that was known to live in the region. According to E. Hamp, a connection with Albanian ’ngjalë’ makes it possible that the name Enchele was derived from the Illyrian term for eels, which may have been anciently related to Greek and simply adjusted to the Greek pronunciation.
