K11 Art Mall is a seven-storey shopping centre in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong located in The Masterpiece, developed by New World Development and completed in December 2009. It is near Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui stations. Layout The K11 Art Mall has seven storeys (two underground, five above ground). The B1 and B2 storeys were opened on 27 November 2009, and the rest of the mall was opened on 5 December that year. The K11 Art Foundation (KAF) is a non-profit art foundation based in Central, Hong Kong, named for an eponymous shopping centre and established by the shopping centre's operator. K11 (Chinese: K11购物艺术中心; pinyin: K11 Gòuwù Yìshù Zhōngxīn, also known as K11 Art Mall) is a shopping mall, located on Huaihai Lu of the Xintiandi district, in the former Luwan District of Shanghai, China. It is 278 m high and was designed by Bregman and Hamann Architects. The mall consists of six stories above ground, and three underground, with a total area of about 40,000 m2. Victoria Dockside is a property development on the waterfront of Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong near East Tsim Sha Tsui station. The development opened in stages between 2018 and 2019 at a cost of US$2.6 billion. First founded in 1910, the site was originally known as Holt's Wharf. The development includes K11 Musea, a shopping centre; serviced apartments, office space, and a hotel. Aigle is a French footwear and textile company founded in 1853 as the Compagnie du Caoutchouc Souple (Flexible Rubber Company) in Montargis (France) by the American businessman Hiram Hutchinson. Hutchison had obtained a license in 1850 from fellow American Charles Goodyear's patented vulcanization process. He emigrated to France where he applied the new process to the production of Wellington boots and then raincoats.
