Noh-Varr is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is most commonly depicted as using the codename Marvel Boy. He first appears in ''Marvel Boy'' #1 (Aug. 2000) and was created by writer Grant Morrison and artist J.G. Jones. Groot () is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber and Jack Kirby, the character first appeared in ''Tales to Astonish'' #13 (Nov. 1960). An extraterrestrial, sentient tree-like creature, the original Groot first appeared as an invader that intended to capture humans for experimentation. Karnak is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and debuted in ''Fantastic Four'' (vol. 1) #45 (1965) along with other members of the Inhuman Royal Family.
