Kyle Steeves (born 31 January 2000) is a Canadian rugby union player, currently playing for the in Major League Rugby (MLR). His preferred position is prop. Early career Steeves is from Winnipeg and attended St. Paul's High School, where he wrestled before playing rugby. He plays his club rugby for the Manitoba Wombats. Prop (rugby Union)
In the game of rugby union, there are 15 players on each team, comprising eight forwards (wearing jerseys numbered 1–8) and seven backs (numbered 9–15). In addition, there may be up to eight replacement players "on the bench", numbered 16–23. Players are not restricted to a single position, although they generally specialise in just one or two that suit their skills and body types. The Rugby Canada National Development Academy or Pacific Pride is a Canadian rugby union team that is based in Langford, British Columbia. The team acts as the high-performance development academy for Rugby Canada. History Originally active between 1996 and 2005, the Pacific Pride program was developed as a U-23 academy to support the development of young players in Canada. The Dallas Jackals are a Major League Rugby team that began play in the 2022 season as an expansion franchise. They were originally going to join the MLR for the 2021 season, but on January 19, 2021, the Jackals delayed their inaugural season to 2022.
