Kyle Greentree
Kyle Greentree (born November 15, 1983) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. An undrafted player, he previously played two games each for the Philadelphia Flyers and Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League (NHL). Playing career Greentree began playing collegiate hockey for the Alaska Fairbanks Nanooks during the 2004-05 season after playing for two seasons with the Victoria Salsa in the British Columbia Hockey League. He led his team in points for all three seasons he played there and got his number retired by the club. Following his junior season, on March 14, 2007, Greentree decided to forgo his senior season and signed an entry-level contract with the Philadelphia Flyers. The Swiss League is the second tier of the main professional ice hockey league in Switzerland, behind the National League. The winners of the league each season plays a best-of-seven series against the bottom team of the NL, and if they win, they are promoted, while the National League team is relegated to the Swiss League. The 2011–12 AHL season was the 76th season of the American Hockey League. The regular season began on October 7, 2011, and concluded on April 15, 2012. The 2012 Calder Cup playoffs follows the conclusion of the regular season. Regular season The 2011–12 season will feature scheduling changes in the regular season and post season. The major change will be the elimination of four games and extending the season by a week. The reasoning behind the change is to eliminate teams having to play four games in five nights. Aaron Lindsay Johnson (born April 30, 1983) is a former Canadian professional ice hockey defenseman. Johnson last played under contract with the Sheffield Steelers in the Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL). He currently works as a team relations specialist for the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets.
