Kyle C. Jones
Kyle Colby Jones is an American voice actor, director, script writer and producer at Sentai Filmworks. He is known for producing and directing English dubs, as well as adapting scripts for Japanese anime and live-action films. He has directed on ''Full Metal Panic!'', ''UFO Ultramaiden Valkyrie'', ''Air'', '' Kanon'', and ''Log Horizon''. He directed ''Akame ga Kill!'' and ''Parasyte -the maxim-'' which were both broadcast on Adult Swim. He is also credited as K.C. Jones when voice acting. Outside of working in anime, he is also a freelance photographer and copywriter. Sentai Filmworks, LLC or just Sentai, is an American entertainment company owned by AMC Networks. Located in Houston, the company specializes in the dubbing and distribution of Japanese animation and Asian cinema. Its post-production arm is Sentai Studios. The company has its origins in A.D. Vision, which was founded in 1992 by video game fan John Ledford and Matt Greenfield. ADV collapsed due to low sales and eventually liquidated their assets in 2009. Ledford founded Sentai in 2008 and acquired the majority of ADV's titles. Sentai was then acquired by New York City-based AMC Networks in 2022 and became its subsidiary. is a Japanese anime television series conceived by Konami and animated by J.C.Staff which originally aired on TV Tokyo from April to September 2005. Short Peace
is a multimedia project composed of four short anime films produced by Sunrise and Shochiku, and a video game developed by Crispy's! and Grasshopper Manufacture. The four films were released in Japanese theaters on July 20, 2013 and were screened in North America during April 2014. Sentai Filmworks have licensed the films for North America. The video game was released in January 2014 in Japan, April 2014 in Europe, and September 2014 in North America. The game’s physical releases in Japan and Europe includes the four animated shorts as a bonus. is a novel by Japanese author Ryōtarō Shiba. It dramatizes the life of Hijikata Toshizō, a member of the Shinsengumi, active in Japan during the ''bakumatsu'' (the end of the Tokugawa shogunate). The novel was initially serialized from 1962 to 1964 in the Bungeishunjū weekly magazine ''Shūkan Bunshun''. Shinchosha published the complete novel in two volumes. The Japanese rice fish (''Oryzias latipes''), also known as the medaka, is a member of genus ''Oryzias'' (ricefish), the only genus in the subfamily Oryziinae. This small (up to about ) native of East Asia is a denizen of rice paddies, marshes, ponds, slow-moving streams and tide pools. It is euryhaline, occurring in both brackish and freshwater. It became popular as an aquarium fish because of its hardiness and pleasant coloration: its coloration varies from creamy-white to yellowish in the wild to white, creamy-yellow, or orange in aquarium-bred individuals.
