Kvalpyntfjellet is a mountain at Edgeøya, Svalbard. It has a height of 461 m.a.s.l., and is located at the headland of Kvalpynten, at the northern side of Tjuvfjorden Tjuvfjorden ( en, Robber or Thief Fjord) is a 45 km long and up to 30 km wide fjord separating Edgeøya’s two southern promontories, Kvalpynten (Whale Point) and Negerpynten (Negro Point). Kvalpynten
Kvalpynten (Whale Point) is a headland at Edgeøya, Svalbard. It is the most southwestern point of Edgeøya. The headland contains the mountain Kvalpyntfjellet, and the summit of the glacier Kvalpyntfonna further east is the highest point on Edgeøya. The bay Tjuvfjorden is located between Kvalpynten and Negerpynten Negerpynten (Negro Point) is a headland at Edgeøya, Svalbard. It is the southernmost point of Edgeøya, and has a length of about two kilometers. The rock consists of dark shales, and reaches 326 m.a.s.l.
