Kuta District ( id, Kecamatan Kuta) is a district within Badung Regency of Bali, Indonesia. It is Bali and Indonesia's most internationally oriented and touristic district, home to the world famous Kuta Beach. It covers 17.52 km2 and was home to 86,657 people as of the 2010 census, after phenomenal growth in the previous decade as workers moved in to support the tourist industry. Badung Regency
Badung is a regency of Bali, Indonesia. Its regency seat is in the upland town of Mangupura. It covers districts to the west of the provincial capital of Denpasar, and it has a land area of 418.52 km2. The regency had a population of 548,191 at the 2020 Census. It has undergone a population boom in recent decades (although not between 2010 and 2020), and has grown into the largest of the suburban regions of Greater Denpasar. It covers Bali's most heavily populated tourist regions, including Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Canggu, Uluwatu, Badung, and Mengwi. The northern part of the regency is relatively unpopulated, but the part near the coast and west of Denpasar from Jimbaran and up to Canggu is heavily populated. Kuta
Kuta is a tourist area, administratively an urban village (''kelurahan''), and the capital of Kuta District, Badung Regency, southern Bali, Indonesia. Seminyak
Seminyak is a mixed tourist residential area on the west coast of Bali in Indonesia, just north of Kuta and Legian. Originally a separate township, this is now another suburb of Kuta. This area is very popular with resident expatriates; land and accommodation prices are amongst the highest in Bali. Plenty of luxury spas and hotels abound. Owing to its high density of high-end shopping, combined with the clustering of many fine eating establishments, it has rapidly become one of the most well-known tourist areas on the island.
