Vitaly Kushnarev
Vitaly Vasilievich Kushnarev (russian: Виталий Васильевич Кушнарёв; 1 May 1975, Mikhailov, Tatsinsky District) is a Russian political figure and deputy of the 8th State Duma. From 1998 to 2003, Kushnarev was the chief specialist on restructuring the coal industry and, later, head of the investment Group at the administration of Belaya Kalitva. In 2004-2010, he headed the coal industry restructuring department, then the industry and construction department in the administration of the Belokalitvinsky District. He left the post to become the assistant to the governor of the Rostov Oblast Vasily Golubev. In 2014, he was appointed Minister of Transport of the Rostov Oblast. From 2016 to 2019, Kushnarev headed the administration of Rostov-on-Don. Since September 2021, he has served as deputy of the 8th State Duma. Yuri Viktorovich Kushnarev (born 6 June 1985) is a former Russian rugby union player. He played as a fullback and/or as a fly-half. Kushnarev is the most capped Russian player as well as the top scorer for Russia. Having played over one-hundred and fifteen times, Kushnarev holds the nineteenth most caps in international rugby and is the eight most capped European rugby player. Club career Yuri Kushnarev is the most titled rugby player of Russia. He first played for VVA, from 2002 to 2012, where he won seven titles of Russia, then for RC Kuban, in 2013. Yevhen Kushnaryov
Yevhen Petrovych Kushnaryov ( uk, Євген Петрович Кушнарьов, ) (January 29, 1951 – January 17, 2007) was a prominent Ukrainian politician of the post-Soviet era. Kushnaryov was considered one of the chief ideologues of the Party of Regions and a key ally of Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych. Early life Yevhen Kushnaryov was born in Kharkiv to migrants from Russia in 1951. He graduated from the Kharkiv Engineering-Construction Institute in 1973, and for several years thereafter worked at a local factory of concrete and steel manufacturing. Political career Kushnaryov became a member of the Communist Party in 1981. In 1989, during the Glasnost era, he joined the pro-democracy movement in the Ukrainian SSR. In 1990 Kushnaryov was elected to both the Kharkiv city council and the Verkhovna Rada, where he took part in formulating the fledgling country's constitution, and in 1994 he became mayor of the city of Kharkiv.
