Kanishka Kushan Nandy, (better known as Kushan Nandy) is an Indian film producer, writer and director. He produces films under the banner of the current entertainment house Movies by the Mob. He turned independent director in television, went on to making documentaries, music videos and advert films following which he turned his focus onto his passion of directing Hindi feature films. Career He turned independent director in television for Doordarshan, Zee TV and Shahra TV. He went on to making documentaries, music videos and advert films following which he turned his focus on to directing Hindi feature films. Doordarshan (abbreviated as DD; Hindi: , ) is an Indian public service broadcaster founded by the Government of India, owned by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and one of Prasar Bharati's two divisions. ''88 Antop Hill'' is a 2003 Hindi mystery thriller film. The story, screenplay and direction are by Kushan Nandy; dialogues by Ashish Deo. The film is a murder mystery and is loosely based on James Hadley Chase's 1954 novel '' Tiger by The Tail'' and was released on 27 June 2003. Plot The film opens with the brutal murder of Neeraj Shah. His body is dumped in the trunk of a car. On the other side bank executive Pratyush Shelar gets home late on his anniversary because he had to console an old college classmate about her marital woes. His own marital woes are worsened when his wife Antara leaves their home with their daughter. Pratyush's colleague Aslam Durrani suggests an exotic dancer Teesta. Pratyush is not interested but Aslam calls Pratyush and pretends as though some thugs are about to kill him. He asks Pratyush to come immediately to 88 Antop Hill. Atul Kulkarni (born 10 September 1965) is an Indian actor, producer and screenwriter who works in Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, English, Odia and Telugu language films. Kulkarni won the National Award for the Best Supporting Actor for the films ''Hey Ram'' and ''Chandni Bar''.
