Kurt Wise
Kurt Patrick Wise (born 1959) is an American young Earth creationist who serves as the Director of Creation Research Center at Truett McConnell University in Cleveland, Georgia. He has a PhD in Geology from Harvard University. He writes in support of creationism and works for the Creation Museum in Petersburg, Kentucky. Biography In 1989, Wise earned a Ph.D. in geology from Harvard University under the supervision of Stephen Jay Gould. In addition, he has an M.A. in geology from Harvard University and a B.A. in geology from the University of Chicago. In 1998, Robert Schadewald described Wise as influential on "modern creationism as it is practiced at its higher levels." William Dembski
William Albert Dembski (born July 18, 1960) is an American mathematician, philosopher and theologian. He was a proponent of intelligent design (ID) pseudoscience, specifically the concept of specified complexity, and was a senior fellow of the Discovery Institute's Center for Science and Culture (CSC). On September 23, 2016, he officially retired from intelligent design, resigning all his "formal associations with the ID community, including isDiscovery Institute fellowship of 20 years". Scepsis
Scepsis or Skepsis ( grc, Σκῆψις or Σκέψις) was an ancient settlement in the Troad, Asia Minor that is at the present site of the village of Kurşunlutepe, near the town of Bayramiç in Turkey. The settlement is notable for being the location where the famous library of Aristotle was kept before being moved to Pergamum and Alexandria. It was also home to Metrodorus of Scepsis and Demetrius of Scepsis. Richard Dawkins
Richard Dawkins (born 26 March 1941) is a British evolutionary biologist and author. Evolution is change in the heritable characteristics of biological populations over successive generations. Old Earth Creationism
Old Earth creationism (OEC) is an umbrella of theological views encompassing certain varieties of creationism which may or can include day-age creationism, gap creationism, progressive creationism, and sometimes theistic evolutionism. Broadly speaking, OEC usually occupies a middle ground between young Earth creationism (YEC) and theistic evolution (TE). Biblical literalism or biblicism is a term used differently by different authors concerning biblical hermeneutics, biblical interpretation.
