Khas People
Khas people (; ne, खस) popularly known as Khas Arya are an Indo-Aryan peoples, Indo-Aryan ethno-linguistic group native to the Himalayas, Himalayan region of South Asia, what is now present-day Nepal, Indian states of Uttarakhand, West Bengal and Sikkim. Historically, Khas were the speakers of an ancient ''Khas language'' from the Indo-Aryan language family and the earliest recorded speakers of the Western Pahari languages. Maharaja Jung Bahadur Kunwar Ranaji, (born Bir Narsingh Kunwar ( ne, वीर नरसिंह कुँवर), 18 June 1817; popularly known as Jung Bahadur Rana (JBR, ne, जङ्गबहादुर राणा)) () belonging to the Kunwar family was a Khas Rajput, Khas Chhetri ruler of Nepal and founder of the Rana dynasty, Rana Regime in Nepal. National Heroes Of Nepal
National Heroes of Nepal ( ne, नेपालका राष्ट्रिय विभूतिहरू, translit=Nepalka Rashtriya Bibhutiharu) is a list of 18 Nepali people, that also includes those from ancient and medieval times, who were selected to their ranks posthumously by a commission headed by famous writer Balkrishna Sama who was appointed by the King Mahendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev, in 1955. Bal Narsingh Kunwar or Balanarsingh Kanwar ( ne, बालनरसिंह कुँवर; 2 February 1783 - 24 December 1841) posthumously referred as Bal Narsingh Kunwar Rana was a Kaji, military officer and governor in the Kingdom of Nepal. Kunwar Nau Nihal Singh (9 March 1821 – 5 November 1840) was the third Maharaja of the Sikh Empire. He was the only son of Maharaja Kharak Singh and his consort, Maharani Chand Kaur. Chandrabir Kunwar
Chandrabir Kunwar ( ne, चन्द्रवीर कुँवर) or Chandra Bir Kunwar Chhetri also spelled Chandravir, Chandraveer was a governor and military commander in the Kingdom of Nepal. Ranajit Kunwar ( ne, रणजीत कुँवर) was Nepalese governor and military personnel in the Kingdom of Nepal. He was a son of Ramakrishna Kunwar of Kunwar family.
