Kuma Demeksa ( om, Kumaa Dammaqsaa; born 1958) is an Ethiopian politician. Since 24 April 2015, he has been an Ethiopian List of ambassadors of Ethiopia, ambassador to Germany. From 2008 to 2013 he was mayor of Addis Ababa; previous positions include President of the Oromia Region (1995–2001), and Ministry of Defense (Ethiopia), Minister of Defense (2005–2008). ''Kuma'' (Turkish: "concubine") is a 2012 Austrian film directed by Umut Dag about a Turkish immigrant family living in Vienna. 6255 Kuma, provisional designation , is a carbonaceous asteroid from the central region of the asteroid belt, approximately 22 kilometers in diameter.
