Kultar Singh Sandhwan (Punjabi language, Punjabi: ਕੁਲਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧਵਾਂ) is an Indian politician who is currently serving as the 18th and current Speaker of the Punjab Legislative Assembly from 21 March 2022. He is also MLA representing the Kotkapura Assembly constituency. He is a member of the Aam Aadmi Party. In the Republic of India, the various central and state legislatures are presided by either a speaker (politics), Speaker or a Chairman. The Speaker is elected in the very first meeting of the Punjab Legislative Assembly after the Elections in Punjab (India), General elections for a term of 5 years from amongst the members of the Vidhan Sabha. Bhagwant Singh Mann (born 17 October 1973) is an Indian politician and current Chief Minister of Punjab. He leads the cabinet ministry of Punjab and is a member of the Aam Aadmi Party. He is a former actor, comedian and satirist.
