Brett Kull
Echolyn is an American progressive rock band based in eastern Pennsylvania. History Origins and first phase (1989–1995) Echolyn was formed in 1989 when guitarist Brett Kull and drummer Paul Ramsey, members of a recently split cover band called Narcissus, joined with keyboardist Chris Buzby to form a new band to focus on original songs. They were soon joined by fellow Narcissus veteran Ray Weston on vocals and bassist Jesse Reyes, and quickly began playing live and recording their eponymous debut album, which was released in 1991. During the recording of that album, Reyes was replaced on bass by Tom Hyatt. With this lineup, Echolyn recorded a second album, ''Suffocating the Bloom'', and a four-song EP, ''...And Every Blossom'', and with these releases attracted the attention of Sony Music. Dove Kull
Dove Kull (1897-1991) was a social worker from Oklahoma. After a 37-year career in Oklahoma, serving as second-in-command of the Works Progress Administration and later designing the Oklahoma Department of Public Welfare's adoption policies, Kull moved to Alaska and became the first social worker to administer service to Native Alaskans in the Aleutian Islands. She also secured the funds for the first child care center in Alaska and directed the first home-health service for the elderly in the State. Edwin O. Kull (February 7, 1855 – August 25, 1941) was an American farmer, educator, and politician. Born in the Town of Bloomfield, Walworth County, Wisconsin, Kull attended Wheaton College. He taught school in both Illinois and Walworth County. Kull had a farm in the town of Bloomfield and was involved with the farmers' cooperative creamery and fire insurance company. Kalevi Kull
Kalevi Kull (born 12 August 1952, Tartu) is a biosemiotics professor at the University of Tartu, Estonia. He graduated from the University of Tartu in 1975. His earlier work dealt with ethology and field ecology. He has studied the mechanisms of species coexistence in species-rich communities and developed mathematical modelling in ecophysiology. Since 1975, he has been the main organiser of annual meetings of theoretical biology in Estonia. In 1992, he became a Professor of Ecophysiology in the University of Tartu. In 1997, he joined the Department of Semiotics, and became a Professor in Biosemiotics. From 2006 to 2018, he was the Head of the Department of Semiotics in the University of Tartu, Estonia. Raimund Kull
Raimund Kull (3 October 1882 – 10 October 1942) was an Estonian conductor and composer. Born in Narva, at the time part of the Russian Empire, Kull studied trombone at the St. Petersburg Conservatory from 1900 until 1906. He then worked as an orchestra conductor in St. Petersburg, Kazan, and Rostov. From 1912 until 1920, he was the chief conductor of the Estonian National Opera, from 1920 the conductor and from 1930 to 1942 the music director. From 1918 until 1927, he was the conductor of the orchestra of the Estonian Navy, and from 1934 until 1939, conductor of the National Broadcasting Symphony Orchestra. Kull was one of the founders of Tallinn Conservatory, established in 1919 during the Estonian War of Independence, and taught trombone at the conservatory from 1929.
