Kukui Grove Center
Kukui Grove is an open-air shopping center located in Lihue, Hawaii, United States. It is Kauai's largest mall and only regional mall. This shopping mall features over 55 shops and restaurants, with Macy's, Ross Stores, Times Supermarkets, Longs Drugs, and Target as its anchors. The mall is located at 3–2600 Kaumualii Hwy, Lihue, HI and is managed by JLL Inc. This mall's Macy's store was formerly Liberty House. The mall had two separate Sears stores that both closed in 2013. One of them was originally an F. W. Woolworth Company store. A year later, one became Ross Stores and the other became Sports Authority. On July 28, 2016, The Sports Authority closed due to bankruptcy. In September 2018, Kmart closed. The Kmart store on Kauai was the last one remaining in Hawaii. Lihue or Līhue is an unincorporated community, census-designated place (CDP) and the county seat of Kauai County, Hawaii, United States. Kahala Mall
Kahala Mall is an indoor shopping mall in the Kāhala neighborhood of Honolulu, Hawaii on the East Side of the island of Oahu. In addition to its service as a major shopping center, Kahala Mall also serves as a key stop on a number of TheBus routes. It is located on Waialae Avenue, near the point at which Interstate H1 becomes Kalanianaole Highway. History Opening in November 1954 as Waialae Shopping Center, it was renovated in 1969-1970 by Philip Lyon, Gordon and Company and became known as Kahala Mall. It once included the first F.W. Woolworth Company dime store in Hawaii. Waialae Bowl, the only bowling center within several miles of the neighborhood, at one time operated at the mall, but has since closed. Windward Mall
Windward Mall is an enclosed shopping center located in Kāneohe, Hawaii, anchored by Macy's, and Regal Cinemas. The mall, owned by Kamehameha Schools, was managed by General Growth Properties until 2011 when General Growth Properties and Jones Lang LaSalle entered an agreement to transfer managership to Jones Lang LaSalle. The mall underwent a significant $23 million renovation in 2006 to improve the interior and add new retail tenants. On April 15, 2019, it was announced that Sears would be closing on April 30, 2019.
