Pinjaram, also known as penyaram, kuih UFO or kuih telinga tikus is a traditional kuih for the Bajau as well for the Bruneian Malay people in Brunei and in the state of Sabah in Malaysia. Kuzhi Paniyaram
Paniyaram ( ml, പനിയാരം) is an Indian dish made by steaming batter using a mould. It is named variously paddu, guliyappa, yeriyappa, gundponglu ( kn, ಪಡ್ಡು, ಗುಳಿಯಪ್ಪ, ಎರಿಯಪ್ಪ), kuzhi paniyaram ( ta, குழிப்பணியாரம்), ponganalu, gunta ( te, పొంగనాలు, గుంట), or Tulu: appadadde, appe ( mr, आप्पे) . The batter is made of black lentils and rice and is similar in composition to the batter used to make idli and dosa. The dish can also be made spicy or sweet with chillies or jaggery respectively. New Sabah Times
The ''New Sabah Times'' is a newspaper in Sabah, Malaysia. The Sabah Times commenced publication on 21 January 1953, published by Donald Stephens (later Tun Fuad Stephens) and had a daily circulation of approximately 1000. It was the only English-language daily newspaper. The North Borneo News, first published in 1948 in Sandakan was a fortnightly, then weekly periodical with a circulation of approximately 750.
