Kudumbakodathi
''Kudumbakodathi'' () is a 1996 Indian Malayalam-language comedy film, directed by Viji Thampy and produced by V. S. Suresh. The film stars Innocent, Dileep, Ashokan and Kalpana in the lead roles. The film has musical score by S. P. Venkatesh. Plot N.D. Raman Nair a.k.a. NDR ( Innocent) is a businessman who tries to control and protect his sons, Ramanan ( Ashokan) and Rameshan (Dileep), who marry Pournami and Panchami, respectively. Then many problems occur in the house. Raman Nair decides to solve the issue by remarrying Guntur Parvathi ( Kalpana). How things turn after that forms the story. Cast * Innocent as N. D. Rudra (actress)
Rudra, also credited as Ashwini, is an Indian actress who has appeared in Malayalam, Telugu, and Tamil films and serials. She made her acting debut with the 1991 Tamil film ''Pudhu Nellu Pudhu Naathu''. Kalpana Ranjani (5 October 1965 – 25 January 2016), better known mononymously as Kalpana, was an Indian actress who appeared in South Indian films, predominantly in Malayalam and Tamil. Viji Thampi is an Indian film director, actor and social activist who works in Malayalam films. Thampi is a member of Thiruvananthapuram regional board of the Central Board of Film Certification and the State Advisor of Kerala Kshetra Samrakshana Samithi. A. C. Zainuddin (12 May 1952 – 4 November 1999) was an Indian actor, assistant director and comedian, who worked in Malayalam cinema. Career He started his career as a mimicry artist in Cochin Kalabhavan. He was expert in imitating actor Madhu, Weblokam profile especially his mannerisms as Pareekkutty in ''Chemmeen''. Sasidharan Arattuvazhi (25 August 1955 21 January 2001) was an Indian playwright and screenwriter. Within a career spanning more than two decades, he wrote 20 screenplays and 12 plays. Biography Sasi was born at Arattuvazhi in Alappuzha district as the son of Arjunan Pillai. He liked writing plays while still only in school. His first professional stage play was ''Kolayaali'' (''The Murderer''). Later, when Sasi was studying at Sanatana Dharma College, Alappuzha, the craze for writing plays besieged him again. Harisree Ashokan is an Indian actor and director who is known for his comedy roles in Malayalam films. Ashokan has acted in more than 200 Malayalam films. He started his career as a mimicry artist in the troupe Harisree and then worked in Kalabhavan. Innocent Vareed Thekkethala (born 28 February 1948) is an Indian actor and politician. He predominantly works in Malayalam cinema in addition to Hindi, English, Tamil, and Kannada films, mostly in comedic roles. He has acted in more than 750 films and is considered one of the best comedians in Malayalam cinema.
