Krymske, Novoaidar Raion
Krymske ( uk, Кримське; russian: link=no, Крымское) is a village in Shchastia Raion (district) in Luhansk Oblast of eastern Ukraine, at about 50 km NW from the centre of Luhansk city. The village is situated on the right bank of the Siverskyi Donets. In the current War in Donbass the village was liberated from separatist control on 20 October 2014. Since then the village is regularly shelled by forces loyal to the Luhansk People's Republic. Two Ukrainian servicemen were killed and another two were wounded in a skirmish between the warring parties that took place at Krymske on 28 July 2018. Four Ukrainian servicemen were killed and six others were wounded in a 3-hour skirmish that started on 23 August 2018 at around 6:00 am. Village

The War in Donbas, russian: Война на Донбассе was an armed conflict in the Donbas region of Ukraine, part of the broader Russo-Ukrainian War. In March 2014, immediately following the Euromaidan protest movement and subsequent Revolution of Dignity, protests by pro-Russian, anti-government separatist groups arose in the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts of Ukraine, collectively called the Donbas. These demonstrations began around the same time as Russia's annexation of Crimea, and were part of wider pro-Russian protests across southern and eastern Ukraine. Slavyanoserbsky Uyezd (''Славяносербский уезд'') was one of the subdivisions of the Yekaterinoslav Governorate of the Russian Empire. It was situated in the eastern part of the governorate. Luhansk People's Republic
The Luhansk or Lugansk People's Republic (russian: Луга́нская Наро́дная Респу́блика, Luganskaya Narodnaya Respublika, ; abbreviated as LPR or LNR, rus, ЛНР) is a disputed entity created by Russian-backed separatists in eastern Ukraine, which claims Luhansk Oblast. Siverskyi Donets
The Seversky Donets () or Siverskyi Donets (), usually simply called the Donets, is a river on the south of the East European Plain. It originates in the Central Russian Upland, north of Belgorod, flows south-east through Ukraine (Kharkiv, Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts) and then again through Russia (Rostov Oblast) to join the river Don, about from the Sea of Azov.
