Krivaya Puchina (russian: Кривая Пучина) is a salt lake in Klyuchevsky District, Altai Krai, Russian Federation.Google Earth The lake is located at the western edge of the Krai. The Russia-Kazakhstan border lies to the southwest. The nearest inhabited places are Novopoltava, located by the southern end, and Petrovka, near the western shore. Klyuchi, the district capital, lies to the southwest. The Klyuchevskoye deposit of underground industrial waters is located in the area of the Krivaya Puchina and Tolubay lakes. Geography Located in the Kulunda Plain, Krivaya Puchina has an elongated shape. It stretches for approximately from north to south. The shores are indented, forming bays an peninsulas. Lake Shukyrtuz lies to the SSE, Petukhovo in the same direction, and Gorkiye Kilty to the north. Sentinel-2 is an Earth observation mission from the Copernicus Programme that systematically acquires optical imagery at high spatial resolution (10 m to 60 m) over land and coastal waters. The mission is currently a constellation with two satellites, Sentinel-2A and Sentinel-2B; a third satellite, Sentinel-2C, is currently undergoing testing in preparation for launch in 2024. The mission supports a broad range of services and applications such as agricultural monitoring, emergencies management, land cover classification or water quality. Sentinel-2 has been developed and is being operated by the European Space Agency, and the satellites were manufactured by a consortium led by Airbus Defence and Space in Friedrichshafen.
